I had the pleasure of photographing a mom and her toddler during a motherhood photography session. Her little one wasn’t in the mood for smiling at the camera, but that didn’t stop us from capturing meaningful moments.
Sometimes toddlers just don’t want to face the camera, and that’s okay. Instead, we focused on the small, natural interactions like holding mommy’s hand, giggles from behind, tiny hugs, and the way her toddler leaned in for comfort. These candid, behind-the-scenes moments tell the real story of motherhood and they’re perfect for moms who want beautiful memories without showing their children’s faces on social media.
Even on fussy days, family photography sessions in Honolulu are possible.
